The content, information, software, products, and services on this website, including but not limited to pricing, availability, and descriptions, are proprietary to Egencia Travels. You may not modify, distribute, transmit, display, or use any part of this website or its contents for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from Egencia Travels. Egencia Travels is not liable for any damages resulting from delayed or canceled flights, force majeure, or any actions by governments or authorities that may impact your travel plans.
Egencia Travels reserves the right to modify or discontinue the website at its discretion. We may also deny access to the website to any user without notice.
All reservations are subject to the specific terms of the airline, hotel, or other service provider. In case of cancellation, Egencia Travels charges a service fee in addition to any cancellation penalties imposed by the service provider.
For flight cancellations, most tickets are non-refundable, except under specific circumstances outlined by the airline’s policies. For tickets that are refundable, any refund request will be processed based on the airline’s refund policies and the corresponding service fees will apply.
Cancellations or changes to your booking should be made at least 48 hours prior to departure. Certain airlines may treat bookings as “No Show” if canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled departure, in which case refunds may not be possible.
Refunds are processed only in accordance with the airline or service provider’s fare rules. If your cancellation qualifies for a refund, we will work with the supplier to secure the refund. Please note that some bookings may be non-refundable, and any refunds will be subject to the supplier’s terms, as well as Egencia Travels’ service fees.
Refund processing may take anywhere from 60 to 180 days, depending on the airline’s refund procedures.

Insurance is a third-party product and is subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party service provider. Egencia Travels will not be held liable for any deficiencies in service and/or disputes between the customer and the third-party insurance provider. Any issues related to insurance services or disputes should be settled directly with the insurance provider. In the event of a ticket rescheduling, Egencia Travels will re-issue the insurance according to the revised travel dates. In case of cancellation, Egencia Travels will cancel the insurance and refund the insurance amount to the customer via the same payment method used during the original booking on the Egencia Travels website.
Hotels reserve the right of admission. Unmarried or unrelated couples may not be allowed to check in. Similarly, accommodation may be denied to guests posing as a couple if proper proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Egencia Travels will not be responsible for any check-in denial by the hotel under such circumstances, and no refund will be provided. Hotels may also deny check-in to guests presenting identification from the same city as the hotel. The images and information about hotels on the website, including amenities and facilities, are provided by the hotel/service providers for reference. Egencia Travels is not responsible for any discrepancies between website images and actual hotel settings. The hotel may block your credit card for the amount of the booking according to their terms and conditions, and Egencia Travels shall not be liable for this. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to check into the hotel. Check-in and check-out times are subject to hotel policy and availability. Early check-in or late check-out requests may incur additional charges, subject to availability. Personal expenses such as phone charges, meals not included in the meal plan, room service, laundry, or tips are not included in your booking price. The hotel will charge you directly for these at check-out. All guests must present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. Accepted IDs include a driver’s license or passport. Without valid ID, check-in may be refused. Egencia Travels is not responsible for any refusals due to lack of proper ID. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge during festive periods (e.g., Christmas, New Year’s Eve), and such charges must be paid directly to the hotel. Egencia Travels is a consumer-based platform, and bookings for groups or by travel agents, tour operators, consolidators, or aggregators are not permitted.
The cancellation policies of hotels may vary and may change from time to time. The applicable cancellation policy will be the one in effect at the time of check-in or cancellation by the customer. In the event of a cancellation, the hotel will charge your credit card as per their cancellation policy. Cancellations can be made through our online portal or customer support center. Egencia Travels will not entertain cancellations made directly with the hotel or via other communication methods (SMS, email, etc.). No-shows will result in the full charge of the booking, and the hotel will debit the amount from your card directly. Bookings made under special offers may not be refundable.
Egencia Travels does not accept modification requests for hotel bookings within 48 hours of check-in. Once a booking is confirmed, modifications cannot be made. Any refunds for cancellations or changes will be processed directly by the hotel, and Egencia Travels will not be responsible for ensuring any refunds. Banks may apply their own charges to the refunds.
All requests for modifications or amendments to your booking must be directed to the Egencia Travels Customer Care Team. A service fee of QAR 100 will be charged for amendments or changes to existing bookings. Changes must be requested at least three (3) days before the confirmed travel date. Special event, theater, or show tickets are non-refundable and cannot be amended once confirmed. Date-change requests are subject to availability and additional fees may apply, particularly if changes are requested within three (3) days of the travel date.
Holiday bookings are subject to the vendor’s cancellation policy, which may include cancellation fees. Egencia Travels will apply a service fee to all cancellations as outlined below:
A service fee of QAR 150 per person/per segment will be charged for all cancellations.
All refund requests for canceled bookings must be submitted to Egencia Travels. The vendor will not process refunds directly, so it is mandatory to contact us for all refund requests. Refund processing may take up to 15 business days.
